No results will be recorded after this time. Entry Fees SUPER EARLY BIRD First 50 entries in each event are eligible for Super Early Bird Pricing: Half Marathon: $32 10K: $17 EARLY BIRD Next 50 entries in each event are eligible for Early Bird Pricing: Half Marathon: $45 10K: $30 STANDARD ENTRY - Online Entries close 11th December at 8:00pm Half Marathon: $55 10K: $35 Kids 1K: FREE Late entries on the day - from 7:00 to 8:30 am 21.1km - $70 10K - $50 Kids 1K - FREE Online Entries close Wednesday 11th December 8pm Race Bibs Race bibs will be available to collect on the morning of the race at Kent Reserve. Awards Place Getters Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 21.km and 10k events Course The Half Marathon and 10k will be 3 laps of the Encounter Bikeway in Victor Harbor for the Half Marathon and 2 laps for the 10k. There is street parking near Kent Reserve. Please arrive early showing consideration of the local residents and be prepared for a short walk to the start/finish area. Toilets There is a large toilet block at the start and finish line although to avoid possible long queues it might be better to find a toilet on your way to the event. Gear Tent
A tent will be available for you to store your gear, however no responsibility for your gear will be accepted by the organisers or volunteers. Food and Refreshments There will be water stations on the course. Fruit, water and sports drink will be available at the finish. Cups will be provided, please keep litter in the bins provided. Bibs, Timing and Timing Chips Number collection is from 7:30am on race day. Bibs will not be posted out. Please arrive as early as possible to allow time for this process as the event will be commencing at 9:00am. We are using disposable tags this year which will be attached to you race bib. Cancelling your entry If you wish to cancel your entry please email the race director at foam.office@gmail.com. Cancellations received prior to 6pm Thursday 5th December, 2019 can have their entry fee refunded minus a $10 processing fee. Transferring your entry to another runner is not available. Event Cancellation If the weather conditions require the event to be cancelled there will be no refunds of entry fees. More Fine Print |
